hirify.global is an App review management and ASO platform that helps developers and product managers gather data, increase ratings, and improve app store rankings.

What you will do

• Develop and optimize product functionality for analyzing and managing app ratings and reviews.
• Build systems for automating user interactions, including tagging, responding to reviews, and report generation.
• Implement AI-management technologies focused on semantic analysis and summarization.
• Design, maintain, and document efficient, secure, and scalable internal and public APIs.
• Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of maintainable system standards.
• Improve overall system architecture and manage interactions with legacy services.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience in backend.
• 3+ years of experience with Python asyncio.
• Proficiency in FastAPI and strong SQL skills (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
• Experience with ORM frameworks (preferably SQLAlchemy) and NoSQL DBs (MongoDB).
• Experience with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• English: Upper intermediate proficiency required.
• Geography: Must be based in Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience with ML projects, NLP, and LLMs (including RAG and assistant development).
• Experience with vector storage databases.
• Knowledge of data processing pipelines and automation (e.g., Airflow, Prefect).
• Experience with AWS cloud-based services.
• Background in RND projects.
