What you will do

• Write production code for critical system components, setting standards for quality and maintainability.
• Architect and implement high-performing software systems using SQL, .NET, and Angular focused on scalability.
• Lead complex system designs, influence architecture decisions, and ensure enterprise-wide integration.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies.
• Evolve large existing systems from monolith to modular without disrupting production.
• Provide technical guidance and implement monitoring for observability and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale systems and defining scalable architectures.
• Track record owning technical roadmaps and modernizing legacy systems.
• Expertise in automated testing (TDD), CI/CD, Git, Agile, observability, and code quality tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
