What you will do

• Write production code for critical system components setting standards for quality and maintainability.
• Architect and implement high-performing scalable systems with fault tolerance.
• Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions across teams.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
• Evolve and modernize large existing systems from monolith to modular.
• Provide technical guidance and implement monitoring for observability.

Requirements

• 10+ years software engineering experience including staff-level leadership
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-impact systems
• Experience defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns
• Expertise in automated testing including TDD, CI/CD, Git, Agile
• Knowledge of system observability, performance monitoring, reliability
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills
