What you will do

• Write production code for critical system components, setting standards for quality and maintainability.
• Architect and implement high-performing, scalable, fault-tolerant software systems.
• Lead complex system designs, influence architecture decisions, and ensure enterprise integration.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new technologies.
• Evolve and modernize large existing systems without disrupting production.
• Provide technical guidance, implement monitoring, and ensure observability on critical paths.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, including staff-level or equivalent technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale, high-impact systems.
• Experience defining scalable architectures, reusable patterns, technical roadmaps, and modernizing legacy systems.
• Expertise in automated testing (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, Git, Agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of system observability, performance monitoring, reliability, code quality, and security tools.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
