What you will do

• Write production code for critical system components, setting standards for quality and maintainability.
• Architect and implement high-performing, scalable, fault-tolerant software systems.
• Lead complex system designs and influence architecture decisions across teams.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies.
• Evolve and modernize large existing systems from monolith to modular architectures.
• Provide technical guidance and implement monitoring for critical paths.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with staff-level technical leadership.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, SQL Server, and Angular.
• Proven end-to-end delivery of large-scale high-impact systems.
• Experience defining scalable architectures and reusable patterns.
• Expertise in automated testing including TDD, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile practices.
• Strong knowledge of system observability, performance monitoring, and reliability.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.
