What you will do

• Handle emails and calls from internal/external customers within SLAs, providing optimal experience.
• Manage and resolve collections list under high stress, meeting metrics and time standards.
• Review delinquent accounts, negotiate payments, educate on fees/chargebacks, and follow regulatory requirements.
• Lead info sessions, prepare reports/briefs, research accounts via collaboration with operations, accounting, and legal.
• Assess risks, manage reserves/releases, handle bankruptcies, and analyze trends for loss prevention.
• Apply skip tracing tools and develop knowledge of collections regulations and policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Typically, No Relevant Experience Required
• Acquire job skills, learn company policies to complete routine tasks
• Work under close supervision with detailed instructions

Nice to have

• Associates or Bachelor's Degree
• Six months previous collection experience
