• Manage individual workload to meet project deadlines and budget expectations.
• Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, and generative AI technologies.
• Present creative rationale and engage in constructive design debates with the team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience in the retail sector is essential.
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to communicate workload challenges.
• Confident verbal and written communication skills for presenting ideas.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
