Product Manager (OEE)

Product Manager (OEE): Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for the OEE proposition to help industrial clients master production efficiency with an accent on minimizing downtime and optimizing cycle times. Focus on understanding customer workflows, researching market opportunities, running pilots with real users, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Location: Amsterdam Office, On-site (Remote flexibility up to 2 months/year with manager approval)

What you will do

• Own and drive the product vision and roadmap for OEE
• Talk to customers to understand workflows and pain points
• Research market and competitors for new opportunities
• Run pilot projects and test prototypes with real users
• Spend time on shop floors to maintain high daily active user rates
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer success, and operations

Requirements

• 3-7 years in product management, strategy consulting, or customer-facing project role
• Interest in bridging business and engineering
• Strong communicator connecting with customers and teams
• Strategic, analytical, prioritizing high-impact solutions
• Hands-on, results-driven, comfortable diving into details
• Thrives in fast-paced environments, motivated by growth
• Curious about industrial tech, building domain expertise
• Fluent in English
• University degree (Masters highly preferred)
