What you will do

• Identify Digital Twin and simulation opportunities across the factory network, including requirement gathering and prototyping.
• Build, validate, and maintain plant simulation models for manufacturing flows, logistics, equipment behavior, and capacity planning.
• Drive the development of internal simulation competence, including standards, templates, and modelling guidelines.
• Translate complex operational problems into structured simulation analyses to provide decision support.
• Communicate results to senior stakeholders through storytelling and clear visual recommendations.

Requirements

• Technical Master’s degree (or Bachelor with strong experience) in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2–5+ years of experience building and deploying simulation models for manufacturing, logistics, or production systems.
• Expertise in discrete-event simulation, specifically with Tecnomatix Plant Simulation and Process Simulate.
• Proficiency in Python, Excel, or BI tools for data preparation and analysis.
• Ability to drive end-to-end modelling projects from intake to value delivery.
• Must be legally authorized to access controlled technology as defined by US Export Administration Regulations.
