What you will do

• Manage and maintain CRM systems for data accuracy and reliability
• Configure workflows, automations, and pipelines using ClickUp and GHL
• Coordinate with teams to align CRM processes with operational needs
• Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and drive continuous optimization
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure CRM aligns with business goals
• Enforce CRM processes and SOPs across internal teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as CRM Specialist
• Experience with ClickUp, GHL, and other CRM/project tools
• Experience in digital marketing agencies required
• US experience required
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
• Proficient with AI tools for CRM and marketing automation
• Fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
