• Manage and maintain CRM systems for data accuracy and reliability
• Configure workflows, automations, pipelines, and integrations using GHL and ClickUp
• Coordinate with teams to align CRM with operational needs and business goals
• Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and ensure process adherence
• Communicate with stakeholders and drive continuous CRM optimization

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years as CRM Specialist; experience in digital marketing agencies required
• Experience with ClickUp, GHL, and other CRM/project tools
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Google Ads
• Proficient with AI tools for CRM and marketing automation
• US experience required; fluent English (oral and written)
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
