Salary: $197,300 - $313,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and New York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $237,700 - $344,700 annually.

hirify.global is seeking a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to design and deliver end-to-end features for our developer tooling, hirify.global built apps and other developer ecosystem related projects.

What you will do

• Partner with Product Managers and Designers to ideate, build, and launch new features for our developer ecosystem.
• Work on hirify.global Apps in the app directory, adding new features and making security fixes.
• Create automated testing processes to speed up development time.
• Establish high engineering standards through code quality, system design, and reusable architectural patterns.
• Support production excellence by partnering with Customer Experience teams to triage and resolve issues.
• Mentor engineers and provide thoughtful, in-depth code reviews.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience building and shipping web applications and developer tooling.
• Proficient in JS, Typescript, and Python.
• Understanding of what it takes to build library-level code and not just application-level code.
• Excitement to participate in the broader community and not just with other engineers at hirify.global.
• Empathy for the 3rd party developers you serve.
• Hands-on experience with API design and development.
• Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
• Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff.
• Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and empathy.
• Self-­awareness and a desire to continually improve.
• Familiarity with AI Assisted Development
• A related technical degree required

• Experience with web analytics, SEO, and data-driven optimization.
