• Ship from day one by deploying to production immediately and taking full ownership of your code

Requirements

• Backend-focused software engineer with 1+ years’ experience shipping production systems and clear indicators of technical excellence (top-tier companies, quant firms, elite academics, competitions, or applied research)
• Strong Python backend skills, including building APIs and databases, deploying AI/ML into production (LLMs, RAG, multimodal), and working with cloud and containerised systems
• High-ownership, fast-paced mindset with strong communication skills and ability to deliver end-to-end impact
