What you will do

• Represent PS Engineering on existing and new products.
• Collaborate with field teams, engineering (SW, ME, HW), and repair operations on issues and escalations.
• Lead field upgrades, NR projects, and manage technicians in Taiwan, satellite sites, and customer sites.
• Analyze trends to improve system reliability and collaborate on design in serviceability.
• Develop FRU strategy, support system installations, and create/review support documents and training materials.
• Travel to customer sites, Cebu, and North Reading.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams as a team player.
• Critical thinking and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Technical areas: Electromechanical, Embedded, Networking.
• Bachelor's of Science in Engineering (MFG/ME/EE preferred).
• Minimum 3 years relevant industry experience desired.

Nice to have

• Product support experience.
• Automation experience.
• Storage Test, System Level Test, or Semiconductor testing experience.
• Technical Project Management experience.
