What you will do

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with brand growth goals
• Generate creative concepts based on trends, audience insights, and platform performance
• Write compelling scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form video
• Capture high-quality video content in-office, on-site, and during travel
• Edit professional-level video content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Manage content calendars, posting schedules, and day-to-day social media
• Collaborate closely with CEO to translate ideas into high-performing content

Requirements

• Proven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)
• Hands-on experience managing and publishing content across social media platforms
• Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies
• Ability to independently develop creative concepts and scripts
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines
