What you will do

• Create faceless short-form content that generates massive reach and drives traffic to Studio AI across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Post multiple times a day using provocative hooks, memes, trending audio, and engagement bait to maximize views, shares, and reactions.
• Run multiple faceless accounts with distinct niches, testing formats, scaling winners, and building a library of proven content playbooks.
• Build and manage a network of reposters and remixers to amplify distribution beyond your own accounts.
• Track analytics, UTMs, and attribution to ensure content drives actual user acquisition for Studio AI.

Requirements

• Built faceless accounts from zero to 50K+ followers on TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube, with proof of accounts, content, and growth.
• Expertise in viral hooks, outrage, curiosity, humor, and platform-specific levers for shareable content.
• Fast production: idea to live post in under 20 minutes using CapCut or equivalent, text overlays, transitions, and native formats.
• Ability to scale winners by breaking down success, creating repeatable formats, and producing variations.
• Proficiency in platform analytics and attribution to measure traffic to Studio AI.

Nice to have

• Experience managing reposter/remix networks via Discord, Whop, Telegram, including recruitment and output management.
• Knowledge of scaling distribution while avoiding platform detection of coordinated activity.
