What you will do

• Write copy for LinkedIn and Instagram: posts, captions, stories, bios, and visual copy.
• Maintain website copy across hirify.global.co and verticals.
• Script brand videos, business storytelling, podcasts, and event narratives.
• Create copy for presentations, recruitment PDFs, onboarding decks, and leadership materials.
• Develop hiring campaigns, culture pieces, employee stories, and employer branding content.
• Shape visual content direction with designers and flag cultural moments for reactive ideas.

Requirements

• Near-native or strong professional English for global audience.
• 3+ years in brand copywriting, creative copywriting, or related role with portfolio showing range.
• Excellent writing craft: sharp, clean sentences that cut through.
• Consistent rhythm, adaptability to feedback and direction changes.
• Cultural awareness in tech and social, editorial judgment, AI fluency for brainstorming.
• Agency, in-house tech, or consumer brand experience preferred.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience at consumer app or fast-scaling tech company.
• Ghostwriting or video scripting experience.
