What you will do

• Handle PCBAs with strict compliance to procedures, installing them into test systems or TBUs.
• Run full test procedures, connecting cables/fixtures and executing automated test programs.
• Interpret test failure datalogs and follow troubleshooting steps to repair PCBAs.
• Perform repetitive repair steps, visual inspections, and reassembly.
• Collaborate with Board Repair Specialists and Test Engineers on process improvements and reliability.

Requirements

• Electronics Technology or Industrial Electronics graduate with relevant board repair experience.
• Knowledge of electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair.
• Experience in hardware/software validation for testers is an advantage.
• Goal-oriented, assertive, hardworking, and computer literate.
• Keen attention to detail and physical ability to handle assemblies.
