Salary: $150,000 - 180,000 total compensation

What you will do

  • Develop and bring new media buying tools to market, focusing on planning, activation, and optimization.
  • Collaborate directly with agencies and brands to solve modern YouTube advertising challenges.
  • Design and launch GenAI-powered products and agentic features from discovery through iteration.
  • Simplify complex workflows by applying strong product instincts and UX sensibility.
  • Lead cross-functional execution and drive alignment to ensure successful product shipping.
  • Utilize SQL and data analysis to prioritize features and measure product impact.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping successful products.
  • Professional experience in the advertising/adtech ecosystem (buy-side, sell-side, or tools).
  • Deep knowledge of YouTube advertising, including targeting, brand suitability, and measurement.
  • Proficiency in SQL and strong analytical skills for data-driven validation.
  • Experience bringing GenAI-powered products or agentic features to market.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA

Nice to have

  • Experience with brand suitability, contextual targeting, or inventory quality tools.
  • Familiarity with YouTube measurement/verification ecosystems such as DV, IAS, or Moat.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, DV360, and YouTube Select buying.
  • Experience using Looker for data visualization.
