What you will do

• Educate and inspire developers through high-quality content like blog posts, tutorials, documentation on innersourcing, best practices, AI workflows, agents, and spec-driven development.
• Build and maintain open-source examples, reference architectures, starter kits showcasing best practices for platform and AI tooling.
• Engage with developer community, answer questions, gather feedback, and foster inclusive environment.
• Act as voice of developers to Product and Engineering teams, analyzing feedback to align roadmap.
• Deliver talks, workshops to position as thought leader.
• Research and experiment with emerging AI technologies like multimodal models, agentic frameworks to shape strategy.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional software development experience, including 2+ years in developer-facing role (DevRel, Advocacy, Solutions Engineering).
• Exceptional communication skills to explain technical concepts accessibly in writing and speaking.
• Proven community building experience with empathetic, supportive approach.
• Advanced Python proficiency for prototypes and solutions.
• Deep hands-on AI/ML expertise, building applications with LLMs.
• Expert in Python/Javascript/Typescript/Java/Kotlin; cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), containers (Docker/Kubernetes), IaC (Terraform/Pulumi), API design (REST/GraphQL), distributed systems, microservices, CI/CD.
