Compensation: $12,000 - $36,000 p.a. (depends on part-time or full-time commitment)

What you will do

• Travel worldwide with 20 members, setting up logistics for new destinations every month
• Build and foster community through events, shared experiences, and empowerment of members
• Act as silent leader and culture champion, navigating group dynamics
• Ensure safety, resolve issues, and liaise with landlords/property owners
• Curate bonding experiences that create lifelong connections

Requirements

• 2+ years experience leading/managing in-person communities (ideal)
• Currently working remotely part-time or ready to find part-time remote work
• Confident international traveler with passport allowing worldwide travel
• People person who connects deeply, builds communities, reads the room, and finds purpose in helping others
• Spanish speaker (ideal)
