What you will do

• Take full ownership of the technology stack to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Define and oversee the architecture and workflows for the booking platform, focusing on design and technical execution.
• Design, implement, and optimize integrations with third-party systems and external APIs.
• Partner with operations and marketing teams to identify and implement workflow automation solutions.
• Plan and execute the development of a custom Property Management System (PMS) or evaluate third-party alternatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure or application issues to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in server administration and management.
• 2+ years of experience with database management, specifically with PostgreSQL.
• Proven experience with payment integrations and CRM platforms to optimize business processes.
• Hands-on experience managing and maintaining live custom web applications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a remote-first, distributed environment.
• Product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering intuitive, user-friendly designs.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with low-code and automation tools such as Zapier.
• General knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Python/Django environments.
• Knowledge of SysOps/DevOps practices for infrastructure automation.
• Experience with data analysis and BI reporting tools like Tableau or Metabase.
