What you will do

• Manage and optimize SAP system landscape for global operations processing millions of transactions daily.
• Lead technical aspects of SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation including installations, upgrades, migrations, and OSS notes.
• Handle user management, security, and compliance with GDPR across international entities.
• Partner with functional teams to deliver stable SAP configurations scaling with business growth.
• Establish best practices for monitoring, performance tuning, patching, and documentation.
• Support audits and maintain technical documentation for SAP landscape.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SAP Basis and user administration in complex international high-availability environments.
• Experience in SAP R/3 to S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, HANA database administration, monitoring, and TMS/CTS.
• Expertise in SAP user management, authorizations, roles, and SAP FIORI.
• Familiarity with GDPR and audit support in SAP context.
• Proven experience with SAP private cloud/hybrid on AWS and SAP Solution Manager.
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP Integration Suite and BTP cockpit.
