What you will do

• Read and interpret work orders, procedures, instructions, wiring diagrams, and prints to manufacture wiring subassemblies
• Crimp, strip, cut, pull, and bundle wiring according to plans
• Label and mark wiring properly
• Connect wires to components and route them in an orderly fashion
• Ensure quality workmanship of all wires and components
• Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly work area

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of related experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform work accurately
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds; periods of standing, walking, sitting
• Must wear PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hat, ear protection) on production floor
