Salary: 137,900 USD – 184,500 USD, plus annual bonus and equity opportunities
What you will do
- Own Workday Core HCM configuration across employee lifecycle modules like Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Compensation.
- Design and maintain HR technology solutions with systems-thinking to anticipate impacts and ensure scalability.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and Global Operations to translate needs into technical configurations.
- Lead M&A integrations, new entity builds, data migrations, and post-merger system alignments.
- Drive process improvements by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and re-engineering before automation.
- Troubleshoot integrations and develop AI-driven automations for operational efficiency.
- Mentor stakeholders on Workday best practices, data models, and configurations.
Requirements
- 8+ years hands-on Workday HCM configuration in complex global environments
- Deep expertise in Workday Core HCM security, data model, and business processes
- Proven experience leading M&A, system integrations, or large-scale changes
- Strong knowledge of integration frameworks (EIBs, Studio, Orchestrate, Core Connectors, APIs) with troubleshooting ability
- Cross-functional stakeholder management and communication of technical concepts
- Project leadership from design to execution
- Experience with AI tools for productivity
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
