Location: Multiple locations in Canada – Calgary/Edmonton AB, Saskatoon SK, Winnipeg MB, Guelph ON. Requires 40% travel across NAM including New Orleans LA, Calgary AB, Vancouver BC, Guelph ON. Candidates must be authorized to work in Canada.

Salary: $105,000 to $117,000

What you will do

• Maintain and update HSE metrics, documents, and implement global hirify.global standards, policies, and strategies.
• Lead development and implementation of HSE programs and ensure continuous audit-ready compliance.
• Conduct inspections, generate reports, and communicate findings for compliance.
• Identify and deliver training needs related to compliance and regulations.
• Participate in hazard identification, risk evaluation, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
• Support injury case management, worker's compensation, and act as HSE technical expert for projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in practical OHS advisory capacity in related industry.
• CRSP, CSP or equivalent designation required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Authorized to work in Canada.
