What you will do

• Drive key sourcing events and negotiations using market analysis and full sourcing capabilities.
• Manage and negotiate deals for select supplier relationships.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Contracting, Risk, and other teams for end-to-end supplier management.
• Champion third-party risk management compliance and supplier onboarding/offboarding.
• Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies for best value and minimal risk.
• Lead ongoing supplier monitoring including business reviews, performance, and risk management.

Requirements

• 3+ years procurement, sourcing, and negotiation experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Strong analytic, strategic negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience in supplier management including SLAs, KPIs, contracting, and risk.
• Ability to handle broad-scope projects independently and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Demonstrated influencing skills and business acumen.

Nice to have

• B.S. in business or related fields.
• Experience in financial or insurance industry.
• Experience leading complex sourcing projects and RFI/RFX activities.
