What you will do

• Lead strategy, modernization, and execution for hirify.global.com, focusing on corporate messaging, AEO, and user journeys.
• Manage web developers, digital marketers, and contractors; oversee Drupal CMS architecture, performance, security.
• Drive AEO/SEO through best practices, content creation with marketing/product teams, and keyword research.
• Monitor and report on web KPIs, traffic, ROI using tools like SEMRush, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Looker.
• Optimize eCommerce webstore for conversions and revenue via testing and improvements.
• Act as AI best practices advisor and lead CRO with A/B tests and personalization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Marketing, Computer Science, or related.
• 7+ years in web management/digital marketing; 3+ years team leadership.
• Experience with enterprise Drupal/other CMS, eCommerce platforms, website migrations/integrations.
• Strong technical SEO, content strategy, web analytics; proficiency in SEMRush, Google Search Console/Analytics, Salesforce, Looker.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
