What you will do

• Act as primary Product Owner for the CI system, integrating with source control, build system, Buildkite, and GitHub.
• Design and implement scalable integrations connecting Bazel with CI/CD pipelines, AI/LLM tools, job triggers, artifacts, and handoffs.
• Build, scale, and manage CI AWS infrastructure, including capacity planning and performance optimization to reduce job times.
• Develop observability (logs, metrics, traces, alerts) to track efficiency, errors, and reliability.
• Provide day-to-day on-call support, incident management, and troubleshooting for the software engineering organization.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD best practices and principles; direct experience with Buildkite is a plus.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform or equivalent).
• Experience with observability technologies (Prometheus, OpenTelemetry or similar).
• Experience with Linux in development and operational environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or similar cloud platforms.

Nice to have

• Knowledge building services and tools in Go, Python or similar languages.
