What you will do
- Own revenue, margin, and inventory targets for your DTC category, identifying risks and taking decisive action.
- Define assortment strategy, evaluate SKU productivity, and shape line plans with Product, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
- Manage demand forecasts, inventory flow, and risk mitigation in partnership with Planning.
- Develop promotional and pricing strategies, evaluating effectiveness and trade-offs.
- Lead end-to-end on-site merchandising to drive conversion, AOV, and revenue through visibility, navigation, and bundling.
- Translate sales, traffic, and customer data into actionable insights and strong commercial decisions.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in merchandising, DTC/eCommerce, buying, or category management.
- Strong commercial acumen in margin, forecasting, and inventory management.
- Experience owning assortment, pricing, and promotional strategy.
- Highly analytical, turning data into actionable insights.
- Experience in eCommerce or omnichannel retail.
Nice to have
- Direct experience with DTC site merchandising and digital shelf optimization.
- Background in consumer products or hard goods.
- Experience in test-and-learn or experimentation-driven environments.
