What you will do

• Support console development on Xbox and PS5 by owning platform-specific challenges, investigating bugs, and ensuring stable gameplay.
• Contribute to performance analysis workflows through capture and pipeline processes.
• Maintain multiplayer stability by controlling memory usage.
• Improve team efficiency by automating workflows for version delivery, content checking, and game testing.
• Promote best practices for Unreal Engine structures to ensure clean, maintainable code.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in video game programming.
• Strong C++ expertise and low-level programming skills.
• Familiarity with console development pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving in large-scale multiplayer environments.
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine 5 systems, architecture, and tooling (UAT, BuildGraph).
• Proficiency in performance profiling tools and methodologies.
