TL;DR
SRE (DevOps): Ensuring system reliability and scalability for front services of websites and mobile applications with an accent on infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational maintenance. Focus on implementing CI/CD pipelines, provisioning resilient infrastructure, analyzing performance anomalies, and evangelizing DevOps practices.
Location: Paris, Hybrid (up to 2 days remote per week)

International ecommerce company operating flash sales websites and mobile apps with agile product teams and a transversal SRE community.
What you will do
- Implement tools and processes for deployment and industrialization (CI/CD, blue/green, canary, rollback).
- Automate provisioning of resilient infrastructure meeting product needs.
- Work with development teams to enable regular releases.
- Maintain services in operational condition, analyze and resolve performance/scalability issues via load tests.
- Participate in IS evolution (VMware to KVM migration) and technical debt reduction.
- Evangelize DevOps practices and build the SRE community.
Requirements
- At least 3 years in similar SRE function.
- Experience managing production environments with 99.9%+ uptime for critical public services.
- Solid Linux and networking knowledge (Windows a plus).
- Proficiency with IaC: Terraform, Ansible.
- Understanding of load balancing/reverse proxy: Haproxy, Traefik.
- Monitoring/observability: Prometheus, ELK, Grafana.
- Container orchestration: Nomad, Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with DBs: PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB.
- Strong verbal and written English skills.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of .Net, Python, or Go.
- Knowledge of CDN like Cloudflare.
