TL;DR

Implementation Consultant (Payments): Owning end-to-end delivery of high-complexity implementations for strategic enterprise clients with an accent on project management, stakeholder alignment, and technical integrations. Focus on driving timely go-lives, creating project plans with milestones and dependencies, and bridging clients, internal teams, and third-party providers.

Location: Remote, United States (excluding New York residents; must be legally authorized to work in the US with no sponsorship available)

What you will do

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex implementations and meet enterprise go-live dates.
  • Own end-to-end delivery processes post-contract using standardized project management methodologies.
  • Work with customers, sales engineering, and account management to understand requirements and manage expectations.
  • Create project plans with milestones, dependencies, and communication strategies to align stakeholders.
  • Maintain status updates, provide technical guidance, and ensure long-term client success.
  • Deliver reporting on implementation metrics and communicate client feedback internally.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of customer-facing implementation project management with large enterprise clients
  • Experience in payments industry or payments technologies required
  • Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, and complex system integrations
  • Strategic planning and tactical execution skills
  • Expert organization, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to translate technical details
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as needed
