What you will do

• Evolve backend architecture for Bonnie's agentic capabilities including conversational segments, insights, action workflows, content generation, and translations.
• Build scalable systems, AI harnesses, and infrastructure to enable advanced AI capabilities.
• Introduce structure, testing, and monitoring for AI services during shift to production.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate Bonnie while maintaining consistent user experience.
• Iterate on Bonnie and its agents, feeding back learnings to shape product evolution.

Requirements

• 5+ years of object-oriented backend development.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and agents, explaining impact on software building.
• Strong system design and architectural thinking for scalable, maintainable systems.
• Experience with cloud environments.
• Interest or experience with LLM-based systems, including testing, evaluation, and limitations.
• Collaborative, flexible, proactive mindset with initiative and knowledge sharing.
