What you will do

• Handle functional incidents, enhancements, and operational changes using ticketing systems
• Provide first-level SAP FICO support and coordinate escalations
• Lead SAP configuration and implementation activities following core standards
• Participate in global SAP projects and site-level changes
• Capture business requirements and lead reviews with key users
• Identify change initiatives and support system monitoring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting SAP projects
• Proficient in SAP ERP, including S/4HANA On-Premise 2022
• SAP certification in relevant modules
• Fluent in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of VIM OpenText, Tradeshift, or HighRadius
• Project management experience (PMI certification)
• Experience in Mass Market or Cosmetics business
• Knowledge of data conversion tools
