What you will do

• Lead analytics for Zable app, understanding user behavior to identify growth opportunities and friction points
• Develop key product metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks for app health and performance visibility
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and build predictive models for user behavior, churn, and uplift
• Own end-to-end A/B testing process, from design and execution to analysis and recommendations
• Partner with Product, Growth, and Engineering leaders to embed data into decision-making and roadmap planning
• Establish analytics best practices, standards, and methodologies within the team

Requirements

• 5+ years in data analytics, ideally in product-led or high-growth tech
• Hands-on with dbt and data modeling best practices
• High proficiency in SQL and strong Python for data analysis
• Strong statistical methods, experimentation frameworks including A/B testing and causal inference
• Experience building metrics, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into structured insights and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
