Bookkeeper

TL;DR

Bookkeeper (Gaming): Provide bookkeeping for all global accounts including P&L and Balance Sheet with an accent on processing AP invoices, reconciliations, and tax reporting. Focus on managing multiple currencies, entities, budget lines, and compliance with global authorities including VAT and IRS.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Must be authorized to work in Israel without visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Provide bookkeeping for all global accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Process, verify, and reconcile AP invoices, including payments.
• Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing reports.
• Record pre-paid expenses and amortization.
• Maintain bank accounts and credit card ledgers with reconciliations.
• Report VAT, vendor tax withholding, and to institutions like social security and IRS.
• Assist with audits and quarterly closings.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years as sole bookkeeper (Level 2 certification required).
• Experience with full bookkeeping (P&L and Balance Sheet).
• Experience with multiple currencies, entities/subsidiaries, budget lines, and departments.
• Previous experience in a high-tech company.
• Strong Excel skills.
• High-level English proficiency (writing, reading, speaking).
