Financial Analyst (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and maintain management reporting including P&L, cash flow, and financial dashboards
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Perform financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
• Track and reconcile transactions accurately
• Collaborate with external accountants on data preparation, timelines, and follow-ups
• Evaluate and implement accounting and analytics tools
• Improve internal financial processes, reporting, and documentation
• Partner with business teams on performance insights, unit economics, and growth drivers

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, management accounting, or similar roles
• Relevant education in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong understanding of management reporting (P&L, cash flow, unit economics)
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for financial modeling and data analysis
• Experience working with external accountants or auditors
• Interest in business analytics and operational data
