Senior Tester

TL;DR

Senior Tester (Web/UX): Define and implement testing practices for hirify.global Monitoring's web applications, including manual and automated tests for functionality, UX, and non-functional areas with an accent on E2E integration with in-house and 3rd party systems. Focus on maintaining test environments, bug triage, defect management, and driving continuous quality improvements in agile releases.

Location: White City, London (W12) - Hybrid. Team based in London; office attendance required.

Salary: Up to £59,600 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience

What you will do

• Define test scope, write acceptance criteria, and execute manual/automated tests for product releases.
• Take ownership of bug triage, defect management, and test environments including deployments.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and support teams in agile environment to shape testing approach.
• Support web functionality, UX, non-functional testing, and E2E integration with 3rd party systems.
• Learn domain, legacy/new systems, and contribute to continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Right to work in UK required (eligibility checks conducted)
• Ability to create test cases/scenarios from requirements using BDD/TDD.
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and programming (OOP language).
• Experience with front-end automation tools (Playwright or Cypress preferred).
• Experience with remote testing labs (SauceLabs/Browserstack).
• Experience with CI/CD.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance testing (Gatling, JMeter).
• AWS experience.
• Working with large complex data sets.
