What you will do

• Apply QE knowledge to test planning across automation, performance, data quality, AI, white box, and black box testing.
• Perform manual and automated testing for full coverage of functional, system, data, and AI components.
• Design and implement test strategies, processes, and documentation; lead defect triage.
• Develop and validate test data, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Evaluate machine learning models, LLM behavior, prompts, outputs, and performance metrics.
• Mentor juniors and promote QE best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Solid QA experience in methodologies, test planning, automation, and quality engineering.
• Proficiency in automation tools like Selenium, Playwright; programming in Python, C#, Java.
• Experience testing data pipelines, ETL, analytics (Databricks, Fabric preferred).
• Understanding of ML principles, model evaluation, AI/LLM testing.
• Strong analytical, communication skills; client-facing experience.
• Remote in Philippines only; no work visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Cloud platforms experience, especially Azure.
• Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Agile).
