What you will do

• Lead execution of CSR strategy, design and manage global/local programs, and oversee budget and NGO partnerships.
• Build consistent corporate narrative, position executives as thought leaders, and manage executive profiling.
• Develop crisis communications strategy and serve as decision-maker in high-risk situations.
• Oversee PR agencies, media relations, reputation tracking, and stakeholder management globally.
• Manage corporate websites, social media content, and award submissions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in corporate communications, public affairs, CSR, or reputation management in multinational environments.
• Experience developing CSR strategies, executing multi-market programs, and leading crisis responses.
• Strong media ecosystem knowledge, executive communication skills, and ability to act as spokesperson.
• Proven stakeholder management, writing, storytelling, and hands-on strategic thinking.
• Comfort with ambiguity, resilience in change, and purpose-driven mindset.
