Engineering Technician (GCS, Shanghai)

What you will do

• Debug and perform quality repairs on defective boards.
• Execute Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) per IPC standards and company processes.
• Manage all records for repaired boards from receipt to shipment.
• Collaborate with Test Engineers on process requirements, quality enhancements, reliability, and repair targets.

Requirements

• Junior college or technical school diploma in Electrical Engineering or Computer Applications.
• 2+ years of working experience.
• Knowledge of electronics board troubleshooting, de/soldering, and repair.
• Computer literate (MS Office, especially Word and Excel).
• Basic English reading and writing skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in hardware/software validation for medium/high-end testers.
• Production or maintenance experience in electronic equipment.
