What you will do

• Build and manage automation pipelines for build, test, and deploy processes
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Collaborate with developers to optimize build and release processes
• Contribute to security hardening and secrets management
• Mentor DevOps I engineers

Requirements

• English: Clear, concise communication in distributed teams (B2/C1 level)
• Proficiency in system administration and scripting (Bash, Python)
• Strong skills in CI/CD pipeline creation and maintenance
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting)
• Hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
• Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK)
• Working knowledge of networking (DNS, load balancing, VPNs, firewalls)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

• GitOps (Argo CD or Flux)
• Event streaming (Kafka)
• Secrets management (Vault, AWS KMS/Azure Key Vault)
• Security best practices (OWASP Top 10, SLSA, SBOM/SCAs)
