Social Affiliate Specialist (CZ & HU)

What you will do

• Execute social affiliate programmes across key platforms and identify, onboard, and engage creators and partners.
• Support affiliate campaigns that increase product visibility, engagement, and sales.
• Communicate with affiliate creators, provide support and creative guidance, and share performance insights.
• Monitor affiliate performance through platform analytics and internal dashboards, flagging trends for optimisation.
• Manage partner tracking, commission setup, content approvals, compliance checks, and reporting.
• Track social commerce trends and competitor activity while improving affiliate workflows and partner processes.

Requirements

• Experience in social media, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing, ideally in eCommerce or consumer brands.
• Fluency in Czech or Hungarian and English is required.
• Understanding of social platform ecosystems, creator culture, and content trends across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Ability to interpret analytics and adjust campaign strategies based on performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organisational, interpersonal, and commercial skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and take initiative in testing new ideas.
