What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain workflows, operating models, assessments, roles, and policies within Collibra
• Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable platform configurations and automation solutions
• Develop API-based integrations with enterprise applications, ETL tools, and databases
• Automate metadata onboarding, improve data lineage, and enhance governance processes
• Optimise platform performance, manage upgrades, and ensure scalability
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and collaborate with governance, architecture, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with Collibra or similar data governance platforms
• Strong hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 and Groovy workflow development
• Proven experience building API integrations and automation solutions
• Experience integrating governance tools with ETL pipelines and databases
• Strong knowledge of metadata management, data lineage, glossary management, and data ownership principles
• Experience designing and customising operating models in complex environments
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
