What you will do

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the company, including OKRs, new product launches, process definitions, and investor relations
• Support revenue organization in marketing, sales, and customer success through pipeline analysis, pricing models, and operational simplification
• Own AI strategy and ensure team-wide adoption of AI tools
• Maximize CEO leverage by preparing decisions, managing communications, ensuring follow-through, and handling operational tasks

Requirements

• 3–7 years experience in consulting, startups, venture, or high-performance environments
• Strong interest in AI and its business applications
• Highly driven mindset without 9-to-5 attitude
• High ownership and exceptional execution; no micromanagement needed
• Entrepreneurial thinking and strong intrinsic motivation
