What you will do
- Develop monetization strategy and execute roadmap to grow ad revenue across web and app properties.
- Drive yield optimization via A/B testing on ad placements, formats, and density.
- Analyze monetization datasets and KPIs like eCPM, fill rate, CTR, viewability for actionable insights.
- Oversee integration of programmatic stacks including ad servers, header bidding, open bidding.
- Design innovative native ad formats that blend with content for high engagement.
- Adapt strategies to industry standards, privacy regulations for sustained revenue growth.
Requirements
- Required to locate in Taiwan.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Computer Science or related preferred.
- 5+ years in Product Management for digital products across desktop/mobile web & app.
- 3+ years specialized in Ad Tech and monetization, balancing yield and UX.
- Understanding of programmatic landscape: SSPs, DSPs, RTB protocols.
- Hands-on with Google Ad Manager; advanced quantitative skills for revenue models and KPIs.
- Strong focus on AI-driven products and yield efficiency optimization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with advertiser media buying workflows and campaign trafficking.
- Knowledge of contextual/behavioral advertising trends and privacy compliance.
