What you will do

• Define long-term product strategies by integrating Generative AI and AI Agents into Retargeting experiences.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to transition AI prototypes into stable, large-scale production solutions.
• Engage with key clients to capture market trends and align product roadmaps with corporate goals.
• Develop external communication strategies to translate complex technical capabilities into business value propositions.
• Research international markets and competitor strategies to execute effective Go-to-Market (GTM) plans.
• Partner with Data Scientists to optimize RTB ad serving via A/B experiments and signal discovery from billions of daily requests.

Requirements

• Based in Taiwan (preferred).
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Background in Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, or related fields.
• Ability to clearly articulate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Availability for full-time employment.

• Experience in digital advertising campaign operations or media buying.
• Proven track record of performance optimization within RTB environments.
