What you will do

• Design and build scalable, secure applications and services across the stack using Java (Spring Boot) and React.
• Contribute to architecture, system design, and technical direction.
• Balance speed, quality, and long-term maintainability while improving observability, performance, and reliability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously improve tools, practices, and ways of working.

Requirements

• Experience building modern SaaS or large-scale web applications.
• Strong backend skills in Java / Spring Boot.
• Frontend experience with React or similar frameworks.
• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system design.
• Experience with testing, CI/CD, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
