TL;DR

Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Own and grow strategic relationships with largest customers using hirify.global Threat Graph and Social Engineering Defense platform with an accent on onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion. Focus on leading QBRs, demonstrating ROI, influencing product roadmap, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes.

Location: East Coast based remote role. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US territory; no visa sponsorship available.

Salary: $180,000—$190,000 USD OTE (base $140,000–$150,000)

What you will do

  • Develop deep understanding of customer organizations, objectives, and challenges; act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders in Trust & Safety, Fraud, Security, and Brand Protection.
  • Design and execute tailored onboarding programs; train customer teams to maximize platform value and threat intelligence.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships, monitor usage and health indicators, lead QBRs highlighting ROI and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Sales on upsell, cross-sell, renewals; align solutions to evolving customer needs.
  • Champion customer voice internally; collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Threat Ops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3–5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or equivalent, ideally in Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Threat Intelligence.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise relationships with minimal oversight and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach to risk diagnosis, ROI demonstration, and strategy.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication for executive and technical audiences.
  • Thrives in fast-paced startup with high autonomy and shifting priorities.
